Write 4 Success is an offshoot of the Creative Purrsuits newsletter from Judy Brown’s copywriting business site. Established online (informally) in 1997, the first web site began as a help site for novice writers.
In 1999, Judy returned to writing, and getting paid for it, but continued volunteering to mentor new writers in her off hours from her full time job in the court system. Many writers were inspired and motivated to write through the Rest Stop Writers’ Newsletter and the popular Reststop Writers Forum on Delphi.
Due to the increase in client work, Judy retired the newsletter and forum and when her job as a JP in the court system was cut, she took early retirement and decided to move from part-time to full time freelance work.
